Do I have to come inside to pick up my medications?

-No you do not need to come inside the store. We offer curbside services. Simply call the store at 712-396-2879 and let us know what vehicle you are driving and we will be happy to bring it to you.

Do I have to wear a mask while in the pharmacy?

-No, you are not required to wear a mask. While we encourage customers to wear a mask while inside the store, we also understand that this is not always possible for everyone.

Can I prepay for my prescription online?

-Unfortunately you are not able to pay for them online. However, we do take credit cards over the phone and can securely store them on your profile to allow quick, touch-free checkout services.

How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?

-Either stop by our location or call us to transfer prescriptions.

What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?

-We will hold your prescription for 14 days. If you've forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we'll be happy to refill it.

What do I do if I have an urgent need and the pharmacy is closed?

-If you have an urgent matter that you need help with after hours, please call Bill at 712-355-2727.

Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?

-You must show the proper identification and be authorized by the patient for picking up his/her medications. The patient may give this permission either in writing or verbally.

Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?

-Yes, we support most major insurance companies.

Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?

-Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.

If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?

-Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.

If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?

-When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.

Can you deliver my prescriptions?

-Yes, we offer free delivery within Council Bluffs city limits Monday thru Saturday. Please remember to request delivery when ordering refills.
